摘要： A transmission/reception method for transmitting a control channel in an Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) system. The transmission method includes generating a plurality of control channels such that control information for demodulation of the plurality of control channels is distributed over information of other control channels; and modulating a data channel and the control channels into a radio signal according to a predetermined transmission scheme, and transmitting the radio signal to a wireless network. The reception method includes receiving a plurality of control channels transmitted via a wireless network; and extracting control information for demodulation of the control channels from other previously received control channels, and performing the demodulation using the control information.

摘要： Disclosed is a method for controlling reverse transmission power in a cellular mobile communication system. A base station measures interference in a cell divided into a plurality of beamforming areas, determines an Interference Availability Bit (IAB) of a specific area where the measured interference is greater than or less than a threshold, and forms a beam so as to transmit the determined IAB to a beamforming area including the specific area. A terminal receiving the formed beam receives the IAB, and controls reverse transmission power according to the received IAB.

摘要： An apparatus and method for allocating dedicated pilots for supporting MIMO and setting MIMO-only interlace slots in a CDMA 2000 Nx-EV-DO compatible system. The method includes determining whether a current interlace is a particular interlace in which a Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) signal for channel estimation in a receiver is inserted; and inserting the MIMO signal into the particular interlace when the current interlace is the particular interlace and then transmitting the MIMO signal according to a predetermined transmission scheme. By the apparatus and method, it is possible to effectively use the MIMO in a system in which EV-DO users, MIMO EV-DO users, OFDM users, MIMO-OFDM users co-exist.

摘要： A Channel Quality Indicator (CQI) expression and feedback method prevents an excessive increase in the CQI feedback overhead while supporting both Single-User MIMO and Multi-User MIMO operations. When a default MIMO operation is set to Single-User MIMO or Multi-User MIMO, an access network can receive MIMO CQI feedback optimized for the corresponding MIMO operation. However, when a scheduler has selected an alternative MIMO operation other than the default MIMO operation, the access network calculates a CQI necessary for the alternative MIMO operation based on the default MIMO CQI feedback for the default MIMO operation and the DELTA CQI feedback for the alternative MIMO operation. In this manner, the invention enables the best operation in the default MIMO operation by providing a correct CQI, and enables the second best operation in the alternative MIMO operation. With use of the invention, the access network can dynamically select the Single-User MIMO and Multi-User MIMO operations, contributing to an increase in the resource management efficiency.

In the case of using common pilots for data demodulation and at least one of knock-down precoding and ready-made precoding for the MIMO transmission, the pilot/MIMO field includes information about the at least one precoding. In the case of dedicated pilots for data demodulation, the pilot/MIMO field indicates a format of the dedicated pilots.

Start points of the hopping zones are determined using the number of the hopping zones, and the control information is transmitted or received in the CDMA control segment through hopping of the CDMA control segment over the hopping zones using the start points.
