摘要： A multilayer piezoelectric element 20 includes a plurality of piezoelectric layers 11 and a plurality of inner electrode layers 12 alternately stacked, a first outer electrode 18 that electrically couples together every other inner electrode layers 12 in the lamination direction, and a second outer electrode 19 that electrically couples together the remaining inner electrode layers 12. The piezoelectric layers 11 are obtained by molding and firing a mixture containing a Pb component, a Zr component, a Ti component, a Sr component, a Nb component, and a Zn component. When the piezoelectric layers 11 are each represented by general formula Pb(ZraTi1-a)O3+bSrO+cNbO2.5+dZnO, the relative amounts of the individual components, for example, satisfy the relationships a=0.51, b=2.0×10−2, c=1.50×10−2, d=0.5×10−2, and c/d=3.0.

A projection of an opening positioned at a most downstream end in an ink flowing direction from the supply passage in the common ink chamber, on the first member in a connecting direction straddles a contour of the common ink chamber.

摘要： There is provided a method for producing a nozzle plate of an inkjet head having a plurality of nozzles for ejecting ink. The method includes: preparing a nozzle plate base which has an electrical conductivity, the nozzle plate base including a nozzle plate, an outer frame surrounding the nozzle plate, and a plurality of connecting portions which connect the nozzle plate to the outer frame; forming the plurality of nozzles through the nozzle plate; dipping the nozzle plate base into an electrolytic solution; and energizing the outer frame of the nozzle plate base to plate the nozzle plate with a water repellent film. In this method, a gap formed between the nozzle plate and the outer frame is smaller than or equal to 10 mm.

摘要： In an electronic device, a QFN is surface-mounted on a printed board. The QFN includes a main body containing an IC chip, a reinforcement portion, and multiple terminal portions. The reinforcement portion is exposed from a bottom portion of the main body and mechanically coupled with multiple reinforcement lands on the printed board. The multiple terminal portions are exposed from a peripheral of the main body and electrically coupled with multiple lands on the printed board. In the printed board, the multiple lands are connected with multiple conductive wires. Some of the multiple conductive wires are outside of the surface-mounted area. The others are inside of the surface-mounted area to face the reinforcement lands. This enhances a mounting efficiency in the printed board.
