    • The present invention provides, in a simple form, an electrical contact in which a latch member protective section, which protects a flexible latch member and prevents reverse insertion of the electrical contact into a connector housing, is structurally strengthened, and which is equipped with an anti-overstress member that prevents overstress in the flexible latch member. The electrical contact 1 is equipped with a latching section 20 which has a flexible latch member 25 that latches the contact to a connector housing. The latching section is equipped with a latch member protective section 21 comprising of outside wall portion 21a, which is raised upward from a side wall 22, and whose upper end protrudes upward beyond the free end of the flexible latch member 25, and an inside wall portion 21b, which is folded downward from an upper end of the outside wall portion 21a, and an anti-overstress member 24, which is bent toward another side wall 23 from the inside wall portion 21b, so that the anti-overstress member 24 can be engaged by the flexible latch member 25.

    • A nuclear reactor core is provided with a fuel assembly which comprises channel boxes respectively separated with spaces into which control rods are arranged and a plurality of fuel rods arranged in the channel box, at least a part of the fuel rods being charged with uranium-plutonium mixture fuel and an enrichment of U-235 or a concentration of plutonium, or both being distributed in an axial direction of the fuel rods. The concentration of a burnable poison packed in the fuel rod is distributed in the axial direction of the fuel assembly. The ratio of the occupying region of a moderator of the fuel assembly is increased with respect to the fuel occupying region. The number of the fuel rods containing the burnable poison is variously changed with respect to the total number of the fuel rods and the arranging mode thereof is also varied with the concentration thereof.

    • A motion detecting includes a fetcher which repeatedly fetches an object scene image having a designated resolution. An assigner assigns a plurality of areas each of which has a representative point to the object scene image in a manner to have an overlapping amount different depending on a size of the designated resolution. A divider divides each of a plurality of images respectively corresponding to the plurality of areas assigned by the assigner, into a plurality of partial images, by using the representative points as a base point. A detector detects a difference in brightness between a pixel corresponding to the representative point and surrounding pixels, from each of the plurality of partial images divided by the divider. A creator creates motion information indicating a motion of the object scene image fetched by the fetcher, based on a detection result of the detector.
