    • PURPOSE:To strengthen the fastening of an anchor bolt by curving an anchor plate insertion hole concentrically in the shape of a half circle by means of a steel plate, opening the base of the anchor bolt in T-shape at the upper part of a center thereof and providing a groove capable of turning 90 degrees from the insertion of the anchor bolt to the stopping condition to the inside thereof so that it is capable of adhering. CONSTITUTION:An anchoring construction of the base of an anchor T bolt 28 is so manufactured that the section shaped top of an anchor plate insertion hole 33 is formed in the shape of a half circle, and that a steel plate is curved so that an anchor plate 34 is adhered to the inside of the insertion hole 33. A bolt insertion hole 35 having a long hole is bored in the center of the upper part thereof, and the base of the T bolt is made in T-shape to form an opposed lane having a shape of a circular arc so as to adhere to the inside of the plate 34. A groove is so provided to a corner section on a diagonal line corresponding to fastening directions of nuts of the ends of a horizontal section that the anchor bolt 28 can turn in the range of 90 degrees from the insertion to the stopping condition. According to the constitution, an effect on the strength of a concrete sleeper can be reduced.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for guiding a vehicle traveling on both a railroad and a road to a railroad line, which can quickly switch the vehicle from the railroad to the road, and to provide a method of guiding the vehicle traveling on both the railroad and the road to the railroad line. SOLUTION: The structure is formed of base board members 1 to 3, and first and second guide wall sections. The second guide wall section has second guide inner wall surfaces S5, S6 which are perpendicular to the rubber tire traveling surfaces, and is arranged on both the external sides of the railroad rails R and on both the external sides of the rubber tire traveling surfaces. A second inner wall width of the second guide wall section, corresponding to a distance between the second guide inner wall surfaces S5, S6 is set to a constant value almost equal to a minimum value of the first inner wall width located on one longitudinal end of the same.
