摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a rolling stock structure having sufficient strength with inexpensive constitution, by installing a plurality of pillars for supporting a bench arranged along the longitudinal direction of a rolling stock, on a side block, and fixing the inside of the rolling stock on a floor block at the lower edge of the pillar. CONSTITUTION:The side block 20 of a rolling stock has an outer plate 21 installed along the longitudinal direction of the rolling stock, and at the lower edge of the outer plate 21, a longitudinal beam 22 is arranged along the longitudinal direction on the rolling stock. In this case, a plurality of stays 23 are arranged on the side block 20, keeping a prescribed interval, and the upper side 22a of the longitudinal beam 22 is spot-welded on the vertical surface of each pillar 23, and the lower piece 22c of the longitudinal beam 22 is welded on the outer plate 21. Further, on the side surface of the stay 23 at the position where the cradle 51 of a bench 50 is fixed on the side block 20, an assisting pillar 24 having a channel shaped sectional surface is installed through welding, and a plurality of horizontal members 25 and 26 are laid between the assisting pillars 24 and 24. On each assisting pillar 24, holes 30a-30d for suspending the bench 50 are formed, and the bench 50 is supporting-fixed by the engagement of the hooking metal fitting 52 on the reverse surface of the bench 50.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the looking of coupling part between a side block and a roof block, in a rolling stock. CONSTITUTION:Coupling between a side block 200 and a roof block 400 is effected in the position of a trough 415. A longitudinal beam 201 of the side block 200 is brought into contact with the back of an outer plate 410 of which the trough 415 is composed. The side block 200 to which an interior member, such as an interior panel 230, is attached, and the roof block 400 to which an interior member, such as an interior panel 420, is attached are intercoupled at a trough 415 part by a weld. A weld method carried out only from the outside is used for a coupling means. On the indoor side, the longitudinal beam 201 fixed to the side block 200 and a coupling 201 are coupled to a lateral beam 402 of the roof block 400 by means of a rivet 500. Thereafter, an interior panel 510 is mounted. Since it is coupled to a trough 415 part, coupling is easily practicable from the outside with nice looking.

CONSTITUTION:An interior material, formed by pasting a decorative sheet 1 to a plate material 2 so as to be turned round to a reverse side thereof, is fitted into a panel edge retaining surface 3 to mount the interior material. Here, a burr or irregular groove is provided in the panel edge retaining surface 3 to prevent the decorative sheet 1 from its displacement by meshing the groove with the decorative sheet 1. In this way, the interior material is made look more attractive by eliminating the displacement and turning up of the decorative sheet 1. When the interior material is fitted to the panel edge retaining surface, the displacement and the turning up of the decorative sheet 1 are eliminated, so that improvement of work efficiency is contrived.

Mount bases 5 attached to the ducts 1a, 1b are mounted to a car body or structure by screws or the like (bolts, rivets), and the 'Velcro(R)' tap 3 with a large width is superposed on and engaged to the 'Velcro(R)' tapes 2a, 2b preliminarily adhered to the duct joint parts, whereby the ducts 1a and 1b are coupled to each other to function as an air conditioning duct. Alternatively, the air conditioning ducts may be coupled to each other by use of the 'Vel cro(R)' tape 3 with a large width, before being attached to the vehicle body or structure.
