    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a float valve difficult to float in a gas and easy to float in a liquid while suppressing the enlargement in size. SOLUTION: A seat plate 40 for mounting the float valve 5 has a lower hole 43 communicating with the inside and outside of a cylindrical part 41 for housing the float valve 4. The cylindrical part 41 has a horizontal hole 44 communicating with the inside and outside of the cylindrical part 41 on the side circumferential wall, and part of the side circumferential wall of the cylindrical part 41 is interposed in a passage extending from the lower hole 43 to the horizontal hole 44. When the opening area of the lower hole 43 and the horizontal hole 44 is sufficiently ensured, the inflection of the passage never causes a large resistance or pressure loss, and the force for floating the float valve 5 can be minimized. In a liquid fluid, since inertial force acts thereon according to its viscosity and mass, the kinetic vector before causing the inflection is kept even if the passage is inflected, and the force for floating the float valve 5 can be worked.
