    • A dish washing machine in which the size of a control panel can be increased and a user can conveniently manipulate the control panel and easily check operation state thereof. The dish washing machine includes a housing having an opening formed in a front side thereof, a door hinged to the front side of the housing to open and close the opening, and a control panel installed to the upper side of the door. The control panel is obliquely installed to the upper side of the door at a predetermined angle. Moreover, the control panel is installed to swing with respect to the door and to maintain a predetermined oblique angle regardless of the opening and closing of the door so that the user can conveniently check and manipulate the control panel.

    • A PCB having oval solder ball lands, and a BGA semiconductor package produced using such a PCB, are disclosed. The PCB has a plurality of conductive traces forming circuit patterns on at least one of an upper and a lower surface of a resin substrate. A plurality of solder ball lands are formed on the lower surface of the substrate and are electrically connected to respective upper surface conductive traces. At least a portion of the solder ball lands have an oval shape and a major axis. The oval solder ball lands are oriented such that their major axes are either radially directed relative to a center of the substrate, perpendicularly directed relative to a side edge of the substrate, or both radially and perpendicularly directed relative the center and a side edge of the substrate, respectively. Solder balls welded to the oval lands have an improved strength capable of effectively resisting a shearing stress caused by a thermal expansion of the PCB during operation of a semiconductor chip, and the BGA package thus has a prolonged fatigue life. The oval solder ball lands also enlarge the width of a neck point between adjacent solder ball lands, thereby enabling a larger number of conductive traces to pass through the neck point.

    • Provided is a wireless communication system between medical devices. A wireless communication apparatus between medical devices using a cognitive technology may receive, from an external frequency coordination database server, state information of frequencies that are available in a predetermined area, and store interference information associated with the frequencies. The communication apparatus may sense an external interference signal that affects the frequencies outside the predetermined area, and an internal interference signal that affects the frequencies within the predetermined area. The communication apparatus may determine a priority of each of the frequencies that are available in the predetermined area based on the interference information, the external interference signal, and the internal interference signal, and may determine a frequency to be assigned based on the priority.
