摘要： The present invention relates to novel human thrombopoietin (hTPO) derivatives, and to process of preparation thereof. Particularly, sugar chains are introduced into native hTPO by substituting amino acids such as asparagine for amino acids at specific positions in native hTPO, preparing novel hTPO derivatives with high activities enhancing the platelet production in vivo. Therefore, the novel hTPO derivatives of this invention may be useful for the treatment of thrombocytopenia associated with anticancer therapy or the transplantation of bone marrow.

摘要： The present invention relates to an uplink/downlink scheduling in a mobile communication system and signal transmitting/receiving scheme using the same, and more particularly a method and apparatus for a user equipment to transmit and receive signals. Each user equipment manages an interferential base station list to meet the process rate requirements. If a specific user equipment receives a first step scheduling signal including contention number information, base stations in a base station list managed by the corresponding user equipment are regarded as having real inter-cell interference links. Hence, in order for a base station having a highest priority to enable a resource assignment in a corresponding scheduling stage, a silencing signal for requesting a resource assignment prohibition is transmitted to the rest of the base stations.

Each of the valves comprises a valve body which is supported to be rotatable by a shaft having a rectangular part and a protruded end, in bearings of a valve housing, with bushes interposed, an arm connecting the valve body with the shaft, an actuator being placed in the outside of the valve housing and being connected with the protruded end through a link, a collar being inserted in the periphery of the shaft, rings for maintaining airtightness being inserted in peripheries of the shaft and the protruded end and being pressed elastically by springs toward the inner ends of the bushes, a pair of retainer rings being inserted in the inside of the bearing which supports the protruded end, a packing being positioned between the retainer rings, a ring-shaped valve seat being inserted in and being supported by an annular groove having a jaw which is formed in the inner periphery of the inlet of the valve housing, and a cushion being fixed to the outside of the ring-shaped valve seat.
