    • In a collector device for supplying an electric power to a rotor of a motor with a cooling by a cooling medium, an annular collector electrode is fixed to the rotor to supply the electric power to the rotor through a cylindrical outer surface of the collector electrode, an electrically conductive brush is contactable with the cylindrical outer surface of the collector electrode to supply the electric power to the collector electrode, and a cooling medium outlet opens to at least partially face to the collector electrode in such a manner that the cooling medium is supplied from the outlet to the collector electrode in each of circumferential directions of the rotor opposed to each other circumferentially to be divided into two flow parts in respective circumferential directions of the rotor opposed to each other circumferentially.

    • For obtaining an electric rotating machine being constructed cheaply, while cooling capacity at the end portions of the rotor coils can be improved, and being small in the size and large in the capacity, with superior reliability thereof, in an electric rotating machine, within which a coolant fluid is circulated, wherein coil support members 13 are positioned at a distance therebetween, in a space defined between the end portions 12B of the plural rotor coils, each of the coil support members 13 is formed with two (2) insertion portions 13a extending in a radial direction and a connector portion 13b connecting therebetween, as one body and in an about “H” shape in the cross-section, thereby forming spaces 13c, each of which faces the end portion 12B of the rotor coil, at both sides of the connector portion 13b.

    • A process for assembling a linear motion bearing using a retainerless saddle assembly. Such retainerless saddle assembly is composed of a bearing body having escape-ball through holes, steel balls, and a pair of end caps. The claimed assembling process includes the steps of: (a) attaching one of the pair of end caps at one end surface of the bearing body; (b) providing raceways within the bearing body by a raceway spacer, a diameter of each of the raceways being slightly larger than that of each of the steel balls; (c) feeding the steel balls into the raceways and escape-ball through holes in the bearing body; (d) holding the steel balls positioned within the raceways by said raceway spacer such that the steel balls will not fall off from the raceways within the bearing body; (e) covering an open end of the bearing body by another one of the pair of end caps so as to form a saddle; and (f) thereafter sliding the saddle onto a rail such that the raceway spacer is displaced by said rail to form a retainerless linear motion bearing.
