摘要： PURPOSE:To secure the strength and rigidity of column flanges by a method in which a strip of steel is wound around the periphery of a flange constituting a steel column, and a joint metal is welded to the end of a steel beam and connected with the flange in such a way as to hold the strip. CONSTITUTION:A strip 7 of steel as a structural material is wound around the periphery of a flange 1a forming a steel column, and a joint metal 3 is welded to the end of a steel beam 2 and fixed to the periphery of the flange 1a of the steel column 1 in such a way as to hold the strip 7 between the flange 1a and the metal 3 through bolts 4 and nuts 5. A tension force from the flange 2a of the beam 2 is dispersed to the metal 3 the bolts 4 the flange 1a of the column 1 the web 1b of the column 1 and also to the metal 3 the bolts 4 the flange 1a of the column 1 the strip 7 the other flange 1a of the column 1. The concentration of stress on the web 1b can thus be avoided.

摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate construction of formwork by forming a bottom plate section in which bolt holes are provided, a barrel section, and a top plate section which extends on the barrel section in joint with steel frame column integrally and in which at least a part of outer periphery extends on the side further than the barrel section. CONSTITUTION:A column base metallic material is formed by a bottom plate section 1 which is constituted to almost the same dimension as that of rectangle which includes flat cross section of a steel frame column 4, a base section 2 which stands in a cross from above the bottom plate section 1 and whose cross section coefficient is the same as that of the column 4 or more, and a top plate section 3 which extends on the side further than the barrel section 2 so that its dimension becomes almost the same as that of rectangle which includes flat cross section of the column 4. Next, the bottom plate section 1 is fixed on an anchor bolt 6 which is fixed in a foundation concrete 5, and the column 4 is joined on the top face of top plate section 3 by welding W. Next, reinforcement is assembled on the column 4, formwork is mounted, and concrete is placed. Consequently, it is possible to reduce the amount of extension of the bottom plate section 1 which extends on the side from outer periphery of flat cross section shape of the column 4 and facilitate construction of the formwork.

According to the constitution, the reliability of joining performance and the strength of joining can be increased.

CONSTITUTION:First a hole 8b, having an inner diameter same as the outer diameter of a strength member 8, is drilledly provided in the base plate 2 of a steel column 1. Meantime, a mortar hole 9, fitted to the installed part of the strength member 8, is provided in a concrete foundation 3 where the steel column 1 is standingly provided. The strength member 8 is made so as to have a round bar state, in which a locking part 8a is integratedly formed on a head part with steel material, is inserted in the hole 9 in the foundation from the hole 8b in standingly providing the steel column, and mortar 7 is packed. This permits the restraint of in-plane relative movement between the base plate 2 and the mortar 7 and/or the concrete foundation 3 even drawing force is added to an anchor bolt 5.

A clearance between the right or left edge 1a of a column 1 and the long-side 2a of the base plate 2 is formed in dimension A of less than 150mm. Bolt bolts 11 for passing through anchor bolts are drilled into the base plate and a seat surface 12 for nut to be screwed onto the anchor bolt is provided within an area surrounded by the upper and lower edges 1b of the column 1 and their extended lines, and by the short-sides 2b of the base plate 2. Thus, working space can be maintained without affecting any original characteristics of a steel frame column and pedestal hardware, and workability can be increased remarkably.

摘要： PURPOSE: To allow a wedge to be driven between a column and hardware so as to facilitate the assembly of a beam on a floor just above the present floor by proving a recessed part open to the peripheral edge of a bottom plate in a part of the bottom plate in the hardware for connecting a column and a beam having T-shape section of which bottom plate has a projected part. CONSTITUTION: This hardware 3 for connection is used for a connection part between a column 1 formed of steel materials and a beam 22 formed of steel materials having H-shape section. A recessed part 35 open to the peripheral edge of the bottom plate 32 is provided at a part of the bottom plate 32, and a bevel groove for welding 33 or a bolt hole for connection is provided in the projected part 31. Thus, after a beam 22 to which the hardware 3 is fixed at both ends has been assembled between the columns 1 and 1, a wedge can be driven easily into the recessed part 35 provided in the bottom plate 32 of the hardware 3, and a distance between the columns 1 and 1 can be maintained to assemble the beam 22 on a floor just above the present floor.

CONSTITUTION:A projection 3 suited to a cylindrical section of a column 10, intending to be connected, is installed on a plate 2, and a groove part 4 being tilted inward toward the upper part is formed in this projection 3. Next, each of plural pieces of positioning projections 5 with a top face 6 in parallel with a surface of the bottom plate 2 is installed in the groove part 4. At that time, height of the projection 5 is formed into the height of the groove part 4 corresponding to an inner diameter A of the column 10 largest in wall thickness. When another column 10 thin in wall thickness but large in the inner diameter A is used, the top face 6 of the projection 5 is cut up to the height of the groove part 4 corresponding to the inner diameter A, and an inner surface lower end of the column 10 is made contact with the groove part 4. With this constitution, manufacture of various types of pedestal fittings conformed to various wall thickness requirements is no longer required, and proper welding can be made to be done as a clearance between the column 10 and the groove part 4 is brought to nothing.
