    • A manufacturing method of 3D shape structure having a hydrophobic inner surface is provided to save manufacture cost by a surface dealing process with a minute particle jet and anode oxidation and a cathode clone process with polymer which does not get wet. A manufacturing method of 3D shape structure having the hydrophobic inner surface comprises an anode oxidation step(S2) processing a metal substrate of three dimensional shape with anode oxidation and forming a fine hole on the exterior metal substrate; a cathode replication step(S3) forming polymer which does not get wet for a cathode reproduction structure corresponding to the fine hole of the metal substrate by coating the polymer on the metal substrate; an external structure formation step(S4) surrounding the exterior of the cathode reproduction structure with an outside formation material; and an etch step(S5) etching the metal substrate in order to remove the metal substrate from the cathode reproduction structure and outside formation material.

    • A method for fabricating a 3D structure with hydrophobic surface using a dipping method is provided to simplify a fabricating process at reduced cost with no need of high-priced equipment for an MEMS process. A method for fabricating a 3D structure with hydrophobic surface using a dipping method comprises the following steps of: coating a metal melting material on a structure to prepare a metal-coated base(S1); anode-oxidizing the metal-coated base in order to form minute holes on the external surface of the metal-coated base(S2); coating a non-wetting polymer on the external surface of the metal-coated base so as to form a cathode reproduction structure corresponding to the minute holes of the metal-coated base(S3); covering the external of the cathode reproduction structure with an outer forming material(S4); and removing the metal coating portion(S5).
