    • PURPOSE: A color compensation polarizing filter and a display device with the same are provided to improve the color image of the excellent picture quality by reducing the color change by reducing intensity of the light of the specific wavelength region according to the viewing angle increase. CONSTITUTION: A polarization optics filter comprises a polarizer layer(30) and a light is polarized. A thin film layer(1) has the thickness less than 780nm. A first thick film(3) has the thickness thicker than the thin film layer and is formed on the one side of the thin film layer. A second thick film has the thickness thicker than the thin film layer and is formed on the other side of the thin film layer. The first thick film is a polarized light device protective layer(40) protecting the polarizer layer. The thin film layer and the second thick film are successively formed in on the polarized light device protective layer of the polarizer layer and opposite side. The polarized light device protective layer is attached to the polarizer layer with an adhesive layer(50).
