    • 본발명은저온조건에서도용탈방지특성과차수성이우수할뿐만아니라지반수분과반응하여결정성장형자기치유(자가증식) 특성을발휘함으로써그라우트와지반간의밀착성능향상이가능하여장단기적으로지반강도증진효과를발현할수 있는새로운그라우트조성물과이를바람직하게이용한지반그라우팅공법에관한것이다.본발명에따른그라우트조성물은, 시멘트 10~20kg/㎥, 2가금속급결제 0.5~2.0kg/㎥, 팽윤제 1.5~3.5kg/㎥, 미세결정화제 0.3~2.5kg/㎥, 규산소다계용액 15~30kg/㎥, 물 65~85kg/㎥를포함하여구성되되, 상기미세결정화제가수용성무기질계겔화재; 알카리설페이트; 알루민산나트륨; 실리카;를포함하여구성되는것임을특징으로한다. 나아가그라우트조성물은, 무기광물반응촉진제 0.2~2.0kg/㎥, 고반응성무기광물 0.5~2.5kg/㎥, 유동성제어첨가제 0.1~1.0kg/㎥중 하나이상을더 포함하여구성될수 있다.본발명에따른그라우트조성물은겔형태가소실되거나강알칼리이온이용탈되는문제가발생하지않아토양과지하수오염우려가없고그라우팅경화체형태와강도성능유지특성이우수하다. 또한자기치유(자가증식) 특성을발휘함에따라지반에지속적인차수효과가발현되고지반과그라우팅경화체사이의밀착성이향상되면서내구성이증대된다. 나아가동절기저온수사용시에도짧은겔타임과경화후 우수한물리성능확보가가능하여동절기차수성능유지에효과적이고, 겔형성후 그라우트의수축현상을최소화하여치수안정성이우수하다.

    • PURPOSE: A spallation preventing method of a high strength concrete is provided to give data about the optimal thickness of a fireproofing coating material according to the amount of the organic fiber based on the intensity of the concrete. CONSTITUTION: A spallation preventing method of a high strength concrete comprises a concrete member and a fireproofing coating member. The concrete member is made one of polypropylene fiber or nylon fiber, or the mixture of them of 0.001~0.2vol%. The fireproofing coating member is made of the combination of above two of an aluminosilicate system board, a calcium silicate system board or a sulfate calcium board. The fireproofing coating member controls to be thin if the amount of mixing of the organic fiber increases. The thickness of the fireproofing coating member is 5~40mm.
