    • PURPOSE: Blanket with improved slippage on a cushion layer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance last print quality by improving the dispersion of stress in printing and to make a tension control easy in mounting on the print roll by improving the slippage of a silicon blanket cushion layer. CONSTITUTION: Blanket with improved slippage on a cushion layer comprises a cushion layer, a support layer and a print layer. The support layer is deposited on the cushion layer. The print layer is deposited on the support layer. The lower part of the cushion layer is uneven. The degree of the uneveness is a ten point average roughness(Rz) value of 3-25 micron. The cushion layer is formed of a silicon rubber material based on polydimethylsiloxane.
