The present invention is very useful since a raw material supplied to the upper part of the housing are evenly dispersed and dropped by the distributor, then the flavoring agent finely split though the rotor is evenly sprayed on the dropped raw material, thereby cutting costs, increasing the productivity, and improving the marketability and palatability of the raw material.
