    • 본 고안은 화물 운송 적재용 경량팔레트(1)를 생산함에 있어 수지중에서 가장 비중이 가볍고 기계적 물성에서 폴리에틸렌수지보다 압축강도, 충격강도, 파괴강도에서 양호하고, 내열성, 내수성 등이 팔레트 생산에 적합한 품성을 갖춘 폴리프로필렌수지를 250∼260℃로 사출기 가열실에서 가열 유동화하고 풀런저에 의하여 1,500∼2,000kg/㎠ 압력으로 금형공간에 송입하여 구성되는 경량팔레트(1)의 구조는 도1, 2, 3 에 명시된 바와 같이 상판(2), 받침대(3), 기둥보강구(4), 요철구(5)로 구성되며 공이 두께는 0.6㎝로 구성된다.
      상판(2)은 가로100㎝×세로100㎝×두께0.6㎝이고, 받침기둥(3)은 상단면10㎝×10㎝이며, 하단면은 가로5㎝×세로5㎝×두께0.6㎝의 사각주내공형(斜角柱內空形)으로 구성되고, 기둥보강구(補强丘)(4)는 받침기둥(3)상단주연을 따라 상판(2)밑면에 넓이5㎝×높이0.3㎝로 상판(2)과 받침기둥(3)에 밀착보강 되어있고, 요철구(5)는 윗넓이1㎝×높이0.2㎝×밑넓이1㎝×6줄로 상판(2)주연에 설치되어 화물의 미끄러짐을 예방하고, 또한 도2에 명시된바와 같이 받침기둥(3)의 상단부 넓이가 하단부 넓이보다 4배가 넓어 받침기둥(3)의 하단이 다른 받침기둥(3) 상단 넓은 사각주내공간 2/3선까지 쉽게 끼어들게 변형함으로서 경량팔레트(1)를 규정된 공간에 3배수의 경량팔레트(1)를 안전하게 도면4와 같이 겹쌓을 수 있도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 항공용 경량팔레트(1)

    • A flame retardant polyamide resin composition of the present invention has good flame retardancy and prevents the lowering of crystallinity, and comprises a polyamide resin; a filler; a flame retardant agent; and a polyphenylene sulfide-based resin. The flame retardant agent is characterized in including a polymer containing a unit represented by the following Formula 1.     • PURPOSE: A graphene transfer method is provided to transfer a graphene layer which has a large area to various substrates of electronic devices in a quick and environment-friendly way by using an easy process. CONSTITUTION: A graphene transfer method comprises the following steps. A metal substrate-graphene layer is formed by depositing graphene (2) on one side of a metal substrate (1). A laminate in which one side of a target substrate (3) is faced with the graphene is formed by laminating the target substrate on the metal substrate-graphene layer. The metal substrate is removed by passing the laminate through an electrolytic bath, and the graphene is transferred to one side of the target substrate. The electrolytic bath comprises a solution and an electrode which includes a plus pole and a minus pole.

The impact strength of specimen made of the thermoplastic resin composition at being dropped according to ASTM D3763 is 15-55 J, melt index according to ASTM1238 is 25-40 g/10min, chemical resistance is 1.0-2.0%, and thermal stability(ΔYI) according to ASTM D1925 is 10-20.
