    • The present invention relates to a manufacturing process for processed roots of Rehmannia glutinosa Liboschitz var. purpurea Makino and, more specifically, to a manufacturing process for processed roots of Rehmannia glutinosa Liboschitz var. purpurea Makino using extrusion molding which enables the processed roots of Rehmannia glutinosa Liboschitz var. purpurea Makino to be manufactured conveniently for a short time by designing an extrusion molding apparatus qualified certain conditions and manufacturing the processed roots of Rehmannia glutinosa Liboschitz var. purpurea Makino using the same apparatus according to the conditions. The manufacturing process for the processed roots of Rehmannia glutinosa Liboschitz var. purpurea Makino using extrusion molding according to a desirable embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step for pulverizing dried roots of Rehmannia glutinosa Liboschitz var. purpurea Makino into 100 mesh or smaller; and a step for putting fine powder of the pulverized dried roots of Rehmannia glutinosa Liboschitz var. purpurea Makino into the extrusion molding apparatus and extruding. Also, the extrusion molding apparatus according to a desirable embodiment of the present invention comprises: a casing (100) in which a slot (60), wherein the fine powder is inserted, and a nozzle (50), which is discharged when extruded, are formed; a screw (20) which is rotated to extrude the fine powder inserted into the casing (100); a driving motor (10) which is connected to the screw (20) to drive the same; and multiple barrels (30) which is installed on the external surface of the casing (100), in which the screw (20) is installed, to adjust different temperatures at every interval of a certain length.
