    • PURPOSE: A super-cooler for a cooling and heating system using a plate type heat exchanger is provided to enhance the energy efficiency of a cooling and heating system by rapidly super-cooling heat medium within a short time. CONSTITUTION: A super-cooler(10) for a cooling and heating system comprise a plate type heat exchanger(12). The plate type heat exchanger comprises a heat transfer plate and flow holes(15a,15b,15c,15d). The heat transfer plate comprises first and second flow paths and is laminated in a multi-stage form. The heat medium is flown into or discharged from the flow holes. An intake pipe(14) for the heat medium is connected to a first port formed on a first flow hole of one side of the heat exchanger, is connected to a second port of a second flow hole through the first flow path, a first discharge pipe(16) connected to the second port is divided into a circulating pipe(17) for super-cooling and a return pipe(18) heading for a compressor, the circulating pipe comprises a strainer(20) and is connected to a third port(24a) of a third flow hole through an expansion valve(22), the third port is connected to a fourth port(26a) of a fourth flow hole through the second flow path and a second discharge pipe(26) for discharging the super-cooled heat medium is connected to the fourth port.

    • PURPOSE: A structure of a plate heat exchanger is provided to improve heat exchange efficiency and simplify the structure of a pipe interlinking heat exchangers. CONSTITUTION: A structure of a plate heat exchanger comprises an A type heat exchange plate(12a) which includes a heating flow path(13a), a B type heat exchange plate(12b) which includes a heated flow path(13b), and a cover(18) which is attached in both side of the heat exchange plates wherein the A type heat exchange plate and the B type heat exchange plate are laminated. Heating flow holes(20a,20b) are formed along a straight line connecting center parts of the heat exchange plates. Heating ports(22a,22b) communicated with the heating flow holes are attached on the cover. Heated flow holes(30a,30b) connected through the heated flow path are formed in the corner of the heat exchange plates and is crossed around the heating flow holes. The heated ports(32a,32b) communicated with the heating flow holes are attached on the cover.
