    • An aspect of the present invention provides a movable X-ray image device and a method for controlling the same, capable of improving accuracy of location alignment of an X-ray source and a portable X-ray detector by identifying relative location information between the X-ray source and the portable X-ray detector located in a certain space, and then automatically controlling the location of the X-ray source based on the identified relative location information or providing a user with the relative location information. Furthermore, the device and the method are capable of effectively controlling an X-ray exposure quantity and obtaining excellent image quality by determining an image parameter applied to X-ray imaging based on the identified relative location information. The movable X-ray image device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a movable body; an X-ray source which is mounted in the body through an arm having adjustable declination angle and rotation angle; a portable X-ray detector to detect an X-ray radiated from the X-ray source; a location information acquiring unit to acquire relative location information of the X-ray source to the portable X-ray detector; and a location control unit to control the X-ray source to move from a certain location in a three-dimensional space to the location corresponding to the portable X-ray detector based on the acquired relative location information.
