    • PURPOSE: A novel tetraphenylsilane derivative and an organic electro luminescence device containing the same are provided to ensure high electron transport ability and improve light emitting efficiency and lifetime. CONSTITUTION: A tetraphenysilane derivative is denoted by chemical formula 1 to 3. An organic luminescence device comprises anode, cathode, and light emitting layer and electron transport layer between two electorodes. The electron transport layer contains one or more compound among compounds of chemical formulas 1 to 3. The organic electro luminescence device comprises hole injection layer and hole transport layer between cathode and light emitting layer. The device comprises hole blocking layer between light emitting layer and electron transport layer. The hole transport layer contains bis(N-(1-naphthyl-n-phenyl))benzidine, N,N'-di(naphthalene-1-yl)-N,N'-diphenyl-benzidine or N,N'-diphenyl-N,N'-bis(3-methylphenyl)-1,1'-diphenyl-4,4'-diamine.

    • A hole injection/transport layer material is provided to improve the driving voltage, luminous efficiency and lifetime property of an organic electroluminescence device due to excellent hole injection/transport capacity. A hole injection/transport layer material has a structure represented by the following chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, Ar1 - Ar5 are independently C3-30 aryl group substituted with a C1-30 alkyl group which contains or does not contain at least one hetero atom of S, N, O, P and Si, or C3-30 aryl group containing at least one hetero atom of S, N, O, P and Si, wherein two or more selected from Ar1 - Ar5 arbitrarily can form a ring; and R1 - R12 are independently hydrogen atom, halogen atom, cyano group, hydroxyl group, thiol group, alkoxy group, substituted or unsubstituted C1-30 alkyl group or C3-30 aryl group, and C1-30 alkyl group or C3-30 aryl group containing at least one hetero atom of S, N, O, P and Si, wherein two or more selected from Ar1 - Ar5 arbitrarily can form a ring.
