CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises an excrementitious slurry supplying pipe (32) installed at the upper part of the one side of an aeration tank (30) for supplying the slurry according to the control of an excrementitious slurry supply control part (31); an air supply control part (34) connected to an air supplying passage (33) located at the water bottom part of the aeration tank; a screw type auger (35) installed from the lower part of the aeration tank to over the surface of the wastewater and equipped with a solid discharging hole (36); an ultra-low speed reduction unit (37) installed at the end part of the screw type auger for blocking a slurry counterflow; an inlet pipe (41) installed from the upper part of the aeration tank to the lower part of a settling tank (40) so that the floating liquid passing through the aeration process at the aeration tank is flown into the settling tank; a reverse osmosis membrane forming part (42) installed by being floated on the upper part of the settling tank; a return pipe (43) connected to a power return part (44) at the lower part of the settling tank for returning a sediment of the settling tank to the aeration tank; and a water treatment system connecting pipe (45) installed at the upper part of the one side of the settling tank for guiding the floating liquid passing through the reverse osmosis membrane forming part to a water treatment system (50) by a transferring power part (46).

    • PURPOSE: A composition containing probiotics for enhancing livestock immunity is provided to reduce livestock mortality and to reduce disease frequency. CONSTITUTION: A composition for enhancing livestock immunity contains probiotics of Escherichia fergusonii(1-3 weigh parts), Acinetobacter parvus(1-3 weight parts), Chryseobacterium indologenes(1-3 weight parts), and Bacillus liqueniformis(1-3 weight parts) as an active ingredient. The composition additionally contains 12-18 weight parts of lactose, 0.2-0.4 weight parts of vitamin A, 65-75 weight parts of fructo oligosaccharides, and 4-6 weight parts of chitosan. A method for preparing the composition comprises: a step of mixing the lactose, vitamin A, fructo oligosaccharides, and chitosan and sterilizing at 80-90°C for 20-40 minutes; a step of adjusting pH concentration of the mixture using 1N-chloric acid; and a step of adding the strains.

    • A probiotic material for livestock and a preparing method thereof are provided to produce a probiotic material with strong antibacterial activity by adding microorganism to a microbial substrate including functional food and fermenting it. A microbial substrate is put in water and a microorganism consisting of cellulose decomposing microorganism, acid-resistant fungus and lactobacillus is added, and then fermented. The microbial substrate is composed of functional food 50~60weight%, pyroligneous acid 1~5weight%, spirits 2~10weight%, chitosan extract solution 0.5~5weight%, vinegar 15~25weight%, and garlic extract 0.1~1weight%, and molasse 5~15weight%. The functional food is at least one selected from the group consisting of jujube, fruit of Chinese matrimony vine, garlic, ginseng, mugwort, dropwort, pine needles, and arrowroot. The cellulose decomposing microorganism is at least one selected from the group consisting of Ruminococcus albus, Bacillus licheniformis, Bacillus subtilis, and Fibrobacter succinogenes. The acid-resistant fungus is at least one selected from the group consisting of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus oryzae, and Penicillium spp. The lactobacillus is at least one selected from the group consisting of Lactobacillus casei and Lactobacillus acidophilus.
