A pair of holding parts 21b, 22b arranged in a clip 20 can be held by the holding pieces 12, 12. When the adaptors 10, 10 are attached to the pair of holding arms 7a, 7b and the holding arms 7a, 7b are opened at the maximum angle therebetween, the holding parts 21b, 22b of the clip 20 can be held between the pair of adaptors 10, 10. Because an operation lever 74 is released when accessing a wire W, an excellent operationality is provided.
