摘要： PURPOSE: A compressing device for an ACF(Anisotropic Conductive Film) bonding and an operating method thereof are provided to apply isotropic conductive film bonding by decreasing the temperature at a cover lens in a compressing process regardless of the materials of the cover lens. CONSTITUTION: A controller(210) generates a control signal. A compressing unit(220) generates heat and pressure based on the control signal and applies heat and pressure to one side of an object. A cooling unit(230) controls the surface temperature of an object below a preset temperature. The object is a touch screen panel on which a cover lens, an anisotropic conductive film, and a circuit board are successively laminated.
