    • A penholder provides a consumer to change by oneself a pattern, color or even model of pan body. The said penholder includes an inner sleeve, at least one outer sleeve and a dismountable fixing cap. The dismountable fixing cap is provided on a top end of the inner sleeve and forms a limiting function to the outer sleeve to prevent it from dropping. Selectively, at least one protruded member is provided on the inner sleeve or the dismountable fixing cap at a place where the inner sleeve or the dismountable fixing cap is abutted at the outer sleeve. Moreover, a recess is provided on an end rim of the outer sleeve to be latched in by the protruded member. Therefore, a penholder is provided, wherein by simply replacing the outer sleeve, a pattern, color or even model of the pen body can be changed.

    • A penholder includes primarily an inner sleeve, at least one outer sleeve and a dismountable fixing cap. An outer wall of the inner sleeve is formed with a step at a place close to a bottom end of the inner sleeve. The at least one outer sleeve is sheathed on an outer layer of the inner sleeve, and a bottom end of the outer sleeve is abutted at the step of the inner sleeve. The dismountable fixing cap is provided on a top end of the inner sleeve and forms a limiting function to prevent the outer sleeve from dropping. Therefore, a penholder is provided, wherein by simply replacing the outer sleeve, a pattern, color or even model of the penholder can be changed.

    • An apparatus for handling a failed processor of a multiprocessor system including at least two processors interconnected by processor interconnects for facilitating transactions of the processors. The at least two processors include a first processor set as a default boot processor in response to a boot up operation of the multiprocessor computer, and a second processor. The apparatus includes: a baseboard management module for detecting and receiving health information of the processors; a multiplexer coupled to the baseboard management module and respectively to the processors, the multiplexer being operative to switch between the processors; and a processor ID controller coupled to the baseboard management module and respectively to the processors. In response to the health information indicating the first processor has failed, the processor ID controller sets the second processor as the default boot processor and the baseboard management module enables the multiplexer to switch to the second processor.
