摘要： An improved split gate non-volatile memory cell is made in a substantially single crystalline substrate of a first conductivity type, having a first region of a second conductivity type, a second region of the second conductivity type, with a channel region between the first region and the second region in the substrate. The cell has a select gate above a portion of the channel region, a floating gate over another portion of the channel region, a control gate above the floating gate and an erase gate adjacent to the floating gate. The erase gate has an overhang extending over the floating gate. The ratio of the dimension of the overhang to the dimension of the vertical separation between the floating gate and the erase gate is between approximately 1.0 and 2.5, which improves erase efficiency.

摘要： A flexible printed circuit connector includes a base insulator, a plurality of electrical terminals fixed in the base insulator and a slide insulator slidably mounted to the base insulator. The base insulator has a bottom board and two opposite sidewalls. Each sidewall defines a sliding recess at an outside thereof. Each of the electrical terminals has an elastic contact portion located above the bottom board for allowing an FPC to be inserted therebetween. The slide insulator has a cover and two flanks at two opposite sides of the cover. Each of the flanks defines a slide block at an inner side thereof for relatively sliding in the sliding recess. The cover is capable of pressing the elastic contact portions downwardly to make the elastic contact portions stably electrically connected with the FPC by a relative slide between the slide insulator and the base insulator.

The second inverted U-shaped portion of the second terminal is inserted into the base U-shaped portion of the first terminal, and the first elastic-contact portion contacts the second elastic-contact portion when mating. The invention can provide stable mating and electrical connection and is in compliance with recent downsizing trends.

An elongated slot is provided on the back of the shell adjacent each of the sides. The slot is capable of receiving each of the legs. An axle and a spring encircling the axle are fixedly attached to the right and left sides of the shell. The upper end of each of the legs is pivotally mounted on each axle placing the spring in a sustained position. A control button is operably connected to a leg lock device mounted within the shell. This enables the user to be able to unlock each of the legs from a stored position within the slots in the back to an extended position at a fixed angle away from the shell under the action of the spring. A gear on an upper end of each leg is engaged with a gear bracket in the shell and allows for a slower movement when control button is pushed causing the legs to rotate out. The leg lock device also retains the legs within the respective slots in the closed position.
