摘要： Disclosed is an optical fiber comprising a center core which forms a passageway for transmitting optical signals and has a refractive index N1, and a cladding which encloses the center core and has a refractive index N0. The optical fiber further comprises an upper core, which has a distribution of refractive indices increased starting from a refractive index N2 (>N0) at its outer circumference to the refractive index N1 at its internal circumference, and a minutely depressed refractive index region, which is interposed between said upper core and cladding and has a refractive index N3. The refractive index N3 is lower than the refractive index N0.

摘要： Disclosed are a hybrid automatic translation method and apparatus employing a combination of a rule-based method and a translation pattern method, and a computer readable medium thereof, which is capable of solving an ambiguity problem of the conventional rule-based method and a pattern generation and coverage problem of the translation pattern method. The hybrid automatic translation apparatus includes: a morpheme analyzing block for analyzing a morpheme of an inputted source sentence and determining parts of speech; a syntactic structure analyzing block for parsing the tagging result to output a parsing tree; a construction pattern generating block for extracting only a chunking result of phrases belonging to sub-category from the parsing tree to generate a construction pattern; a construction pattern translating block for translating the construction pattern by using a translation pattern; a clause structure analyzing block for analyzing a clause unit structure of the if the translation pattern matching of the construction pattern fails; and a partial pattern translating block for performing a pattern translation of partial construction pattern according to the result of the clause structure analysis to output a final translation result.

摘要： A high-strength one-touch rebar coupler includes a coupler body having a hollow portion in the longitudinal direction. The coupler body is formed in a helical shape to provide the inner peripheral surface of the hollow portion with a rebar fastening force in the circumferential direction. The coupler body includes a first guide helix coupling portion, which has first guide sloping portions that slope from the center portion of the hollow portion towards the outside of one side thereof, and a second guide helix coupling portion, which has second guide sloping portions that slope from the center portion of the hollow portion towards the outside of the other side thereof. A first fastening unit is screw-coupled to the first guide helix coupling portion and inserted into one side of the hollow portion. The first fastening unit includes first fastening members, which are slidably coupled to the first guide sloping portions.

摘要： A method of manufacturing an electrowetting display device includes forming a protection layer on a pixel electrode, forming a water-repellent layer on the protection layer, and removing the water-repellent layer from regions surrounding a display area of the pixel electrode. The water-repellent layer is formed by coating the protection layer with a hydrophilic material using a method such as slit coating. The water-repellent layer is removed using a method such as an edge bead removal method. The resulting water-repellent layer has a uniform thickness.

The dielectric paste includes (A) a thermosetting resin; (B) an acid anhydride-based curing agent; (C) high dielectric constant particles; (D) an amine-based catalyst; and (E) a material for forming a salt with the amine-based catalyst (D). In the dielectric paste, the material (E) for forming a salt with the amine-based catalyst (D) is used so that the catalyst may be introduced in the form of a salt thus preventing the catalyst from binding with the high dielectric constant particles, thereby prohibiting the poisoning of the catalyst.
