摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and economically produce a porous holding device adaptable to a high speed rotary system by combining a polyimide resin becoming a porous matrix material with other heat-resistant resin having a molding temp. zone of a region almost the same to that of the polyimide resin and capable of being independently eluted after mixing and molding. SOLUTION: Other heat-resistant resin combined with a polyimide resin becoming a porous matrix material has a molding temp. zone approximate to that of the polyimide resin becoming the porous matrix material and, for example, methylene chloride is employed as an elution solvent in a solvent elution process, either one of polyetherimide, polyether sulfone, polysulfone and polyacrylate is employed. When methylene chloride is used, a non-porous holding device is immersed in methylene chloride and ultrasonic waves are applied thereto to efficiently and economically produce a porous holding device (retainer) 44 having desired voids and void parts 44b of a uniform communication structure.
