    • PURPOSE:To perform sure feeding and discharging while holding a blank at a high precise position posture during rolling by rolling the blank while sandwiching the same by the specific jigs rocking synchronously with the rolling timing of circular dies then rocking the same upward to discharge it and feeding a new blank. CONSTITUTION:A blank A1 of hard material, high tensile material or the like of particularly poor plastic workability is sandwiched between a feed plate 1 of a transverse width narrower than the diameter thereof and the holding plates 2 of the same width pressed to the both ends thereof by means of springs 11. In this state, an rocking arm 13 is rocked downward, at which time a product contact plate 9a opens, casuing the bolt B to slide. The blank A1 is fed onto a supporting arrow 4 and while circular dies 3, 3' are performing rolling, the next blank A2 is put into the square groove of a chute 7. Upon completion of the rolling, the blank A1 returns to the upper position, where a contact bar 9b is held open and the blank A2 is loaded by an ejection bar 8. All these rocking actions are accomplished in the non-rolling outside circumference turning time zone of 90 deg. of the circular dies.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finger tendon protector that enables adequate operation and that improves treatment for injury to finger tendon as well as the convalescence, even in the case of treatment (including surgery) by a surgeon who lacks sufficient knowledge and technique concerning tendon injury. SOLUTION: This finger tendon protector is a tubular device composed of polymeric polyvinyl alcohol materials having durability for the living body and low reactivity against foreign matters, for example, polymeric polyvinyl alcohol hydro get materials; with an injured finger tendon put through inwardly, the protector serves for a suture, cure, and recovery such as prevention of adhesions to the living tissue. In other words, the protector surrounds the sutured finger tendon inserted through it, preventing adhesions between the sutured part and the skin or the like, free of injury to the soft tissue because of its moisture content, and eliminating possibility of causing functional disorder.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a changeable ornamental button which allows changing thereof simply by turning the ornamental button. CONSTITUTION: This ornamental button comprises a flat round button 5 with a leg 8 which has a male thread 6 on the circumferential surface and a recess 7 for locking rotation on a rear thereof and an ornamental button 1 in which a bottomed female thread member 3 having a female thread 4 inside is fastened in a rear hole 2 and is coupled by a screw in use. As a result, it is possible to change the appearance of a dress or the like easily in a short time. This also allows the using of an ornamental button with the size thereof larger than dimensions of a button hole and the making of a button using a material with an insufficient strength and a high hardness so far regarded unsuitable as a button material. This further permits a person other than a button specialist to make a button easily. The making of accessories such as broach and pendant is also possible as a button. Removal and cleaning of the ornamental button thus obtained enables the prevention of deterioration of the button.

    • A vertical solid-liquid contact apparatus, comprising: a plurality of stirring chambers disposed vertically adjacent to each other in series, a plurality of partitioning plates each partitioning an adjacent pair of the stirring chambers and provided with a communicating hole for communication between the adjacent pair of the stirring chambers, and a liquid inlet and a solid inlet provided at an upper part and a lower part of the apparatus. The apparatus can be widely applied to unit operations in the chemical industry. The apparatus exhibits a particularly good solid-liquid contact efficiency when operated in the neighborhood of its maximum load.
