    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a junction structure of a pile and an upper structure that improves workability of insertion of an alignment rod fixed to an upper end of a pile head into a center hole of a top plate from below.SOLUTION: A cylindrical pipe 30 is employed for a junction structure of a pile and an upper structure, and a center hole 4c of a top plate 4 can be thereby set to an arbitrary size such that an alignment rod 16 can be easily inserted into the center hole 4c from below. Then the cylindrical pipe 30 can be used even to make a rattle of the top plate 4 with respect to a straight part 16d of the alignment rod 16 by filling a gap between the straight part 16d of the alignment rod 16 and a wall surface 4d of the center hole 4c. Especially, when a cylindrical sheath pipe 7 shaped to surround a periphery of a pile head 1A is fixed to the top plate 4, an operation to peep into the center hole of a pile head plate from below is disabled, which is effective.

Alignment precision by the alignment rod 16 is thereby easily improved and an operation to position the alignment rod 16 becomes extremely easy. Further, the ring plate 11 is employed to easily employ various configurations for the alignment rod horizontal positioning means 20, and applicability of the alignment rod horizontal positioning means 20 for moving the alignment rod 16 in the horizontal direction can be widened.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten an operation time for replacement of a rail by decreasing the raising amount of a rail.SOLUTION: A new rail Rnew is arranged outside an old rail Rold in parallel with the old rail Rold. The old rail Rold is pressed in a track from one end side of the old rail Rold and moved. The new rail Rnew is moved to a predetermined position P1 formed by the movement of the old rail Rold, and temporarily placed. The old rail Rold moved into the track is lifted from the one end side.
