摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the title forming process designed to produce the title packaging material consisting mainly of a thermoplastic resin and antifungal zeolite, thus enabling laver-rolled riceballs to be packaged in ever sterile state and said riceballs to be preserved. CONSTITUTION:The objective packaging sheet 21 consisting mainly of a thermoplastic resin 22 such as high-density polyethylene and antifungal metallic ion- substituted antifungal zeolite 23. The amount of said zeolite is such as to be 0.1-5wt.% based on the total amount of said resin 23. This packaging sheet is constituted of a multilayered sheet 26 in which at least one thermoplastic resin sheet 25 is fused or bonded to a sheet 0.03-0.1mm thick, thus enabling the surface of the packaging material to be kept sterile; furthermore, the riceball packaged with this material is not subject to change in its taste and toxicity due to the antifungal substance because this substance neither dissolve out nor vaporize.

摘要： PURPOSE:To mold a container having good stability and being completely closed, by constituting a male mold and a female mold where a molding parts for a leg piece are being prepared in a projection-recess shapes, compressing a synthetic resin material heated and softened in the female mold and separating the male mold quickly from the female mold to cool and harden the material. The synthetic resin A is compressed between both molds 1 and 5 and a molded container B is pressed in a softened state. At this time, the synthetic resin A in mold parts 4 and 8 of both mold 1 and 5 for molding a leg piece with a rim bottom is molded in a recess shape. Then, the male mold 1 is quickly pulled up, instantaneously cooled and taken out the female mold 5 to mold a molded container.

With such an arrangement as above, the engaging part (b3) is positioned over an outer circumferential end of the container flange and below a bottom wall of the packaging container (A), a lid is applied to the packaging container (A) and it can be fixed.
