摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical knife which enables excision to be achieved rapidly without the possibility of carelessly damaging the abdominal wall or the like during a surgery for excising a lesion part, particularly an endoscopic operation using a laparoscope or the like. SOLUTION: A handle part 2 having a blade part 1 mounted at its end is freely slidably stored in a grip holder 4 having a collar part 5 at its end, and a control part 3 is provided at the rear end of the handle part 2. A return spring 6 is stored in the grip holder 4 and the blade part 1 is energized toward the handle part 2 by the restoring force of the return spring 6 so that the blade part 1 is buried into the collar part 5. An engagement pin 9 is freely removably planted into the peripheral surface of the control part 3, and an oblong hole part into which the engagement pin 9 is loosely inserted is formed in the grip holder 4. An engagement part which opens circumferentially is formed at the end of the oblong hole part. With the engagement pin 9 engaged with the engagement part, the blade part 1 is kept protruding from the collar part 5.

The roll sheet held by a sanitary napkin holder is set in a ladies' room, to allow a lady to put a used sanitary napkin 12 in the bag 9a separated from the roll sheet 9 one by one, as required, and discard it in a pot or trash can while keeping it inconspicuous. The used napkin 12, when put in the bag 9a of a waterproof material, can be discarded very sanitarily, preventing the filth or unpleasant odor from being released out of the bag 9a, while keeping it unseen from the outside.

摘要： PURPOSE: To shield deleterious radioactive rays with an air-permeable fabric material having no adverse effect to a human body by molding a thermoplastic resin containing tungsten of a specific grain size at a specific wt.% into a fiber shape, and forming the fibers into a texture shape. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin containing tungsten of 99wt.% or below, preferably 30-99wt.%, is molded into a fiber shape, and the fibers are formed into a texture shape. The shape of tungsten is powder of the grain size 20μm or below, preferably 5-20μm. At the grain size of 0.5μm or below, for example, the workability when tungsten is formed into pellets is inferior, however the feature of the yarn is improved. When the grain size exceeds 20μm, the yarn surface is roughened at the time of spinning, and the succeeding process is hindered. There is no limitation for the thermoplastic resin in particular, a polyamide resin, a vinyl resin including vinyl chloride, or an acrylic resin can be used, however the polyamide resin is preferable in view of the affinity with tungsten. A stabilizer such as a ultraviolet ray stabilizer or an oxidation inhibitor may be added as required.

摘要： PURPOSE:To change the actual injecting pressure according to the patients by stopping the injection of the fluid to oviduct based on the comparison result between the fluid pressure detection value and the limit pressure which can be freely set in the system supplying the fluid for performing the diagnosis and the treatment of sterility. An electro-magnetic valve 20, flow meter 22, and pressure sensor 24 are provided in a gas route 14. The pressure sensor 24 is connected to a pressure detection circuit 30 through a switch section 32. The quality of the pressure detection system is discriminated by comparing the pressure detection value with the reference value after the A/D conversion by a control circuit 42. If it is normal, the injecting pressure (pressure detection valve) is compared with the limit pressure set by a pressure setting section 46. When the injecting pressure is higher than the limit pressure, the electro-magnetic valve 20 is closed. When the injecting pressure becomes lower than the limit pressure by the prescribed pressure, the valve 20 is opened to restart the injection.

The inner needle 2 has a tip part 3 formed circular arc and an injector 10 is connected to a socket 4 provided at the rear end thereof. The outer needle 5 also has a tip part 6 round while a through hole is formed inside to allow the insertion of the inner needle 2 therethrough and a curved tip part 3 is made to stick out from the outer needle during the forward movement of the inner needle 2.
