摘要： A photographing lens unit, a photographing apparatus, and a photographing system are capable of always reproducing good stereoscopic images. Information regarding the focal length of a photographing optical system, a base line length, which is the interval between the incident optical axes of a first photographing optical axis and a second photographing optical axis for left eye and right eye, respectively, and information regarding the angle of convergence, which is the angle formed by the incident optical axes of the first photographing optical axis and the second photographing optical axis, are transmitted from a controller of the photographing lens unit to a camera main unit in the form of digital values. In the camera main unit, the foregoing information and information regarding whether the odd!even field of an input picture signal corresponds to a picture signal for left eye or right eye are recorded onto a recording medium in the form of digital values, together with picture signals or speech/sound signals.

The raw material supply section includes a bubbling unit that stores an organic metal raw material in a liquid state. A carrier gas line is configured to supply, into the bubbling unit, a carrier gas that causes the organic metal raw material in a liquid state to bubble up. A flow rate control portion is provided on the carrier gas line to control the carrier gas flow rate. The flow rate control portion includes a plurality of mass flow controllers, which are disposed in parallel with each other and have full-scales different from each other for flow rate control. The mass flow controllers are switched for use, in accordance with the carrier gas flow rate.

摘要： An exposure control device having a light measuring area setting circuit which sets a light measuring area on an image sensing plane, a discriminating circuit which discriminates from each other varied states of the image sensing plane through video signal parts corresponding to the inside and the outside of the light measuring area and an exposure compensating circuit which compensates the state of exposure to light is arranged to shift the set position of the light measuring area to trace an object's image at least when the exposure compensating circuit is in operation. The operating modes of the device includes a first light measuring mode in which a quantity of light is measured on the basis of the average video signal level of the whole image sensing plane, a second light measuring mode in which the light quantity is measured with weight attached to a video signal part obtained from the inside of the light measuring area, and a third light measuring mode in which the light quantity is measured with weight attached to the video signal of the light measuring area by shifting the light measuring area to trace the object. The three light measuring modes are adaptively switched from one over to another.

The threshold values for changing over between the first tracing algorithm and the second tracing algorithm are made to have a hysteresis characteristic.
