The manhole cover includes a nonskid projection having irregularities to be mounted to the mount of the guide web of the manhole cover frame easily and to prevent vehicles or pedestrians from sliding, a hanger groove(220) formed to insert a head of the bolt not to be projected to the upper part of the manhole cover, and a through groove(230) is formed to the hanger groove to penetrate a body of the bolt to be coupled to the female screw groove of the mount.

A Rhamen bridge having pre-stressed steel reinforced concrete composite includes plural walls(5) constructed on the ground, a support steel girder installed on upper parts of the walls, PSC(Pre-stressed Composite) composite steels installed on an upper part of the support steel girder, floor concrete(4) poured on the PSC composite steel, and wall concrete poured on the extra support steel girders and walls. The PSC composite steels include plural composite steels made by pouring and curing the concrete on lower flanges of steel girders segmented to match the sizes of spans and cambers. The segmented composite steel girders are mutually linked, and tendons are installed to apply pre-stressing on the entire span of lower flange concrete and lower flanges of the steel girders. A method of constructing the Rhamen bridge having pre-stressed steel reinforced concrete composite comprises the steps of: producing segmented steel girders in sizes matching the spans and cambers; producing composite steel girders by pouring and curing the concrete on the lower flanges of each segmented steel girders; linking the composite segmented girders by welding or by using high strength bolts; connecting sheath pipes and grouting the linking grooves between the composite steel girders; inserting tendons on the entire span and pre-stressing the composite steel girders; grouting the sheath pipes; installing support steel girders on the walls constructed on the ground; installing the composite steel girders having tensile force applied on the support steel girders; pouring the floor concrete and residual wall concrete; and constructing fender walls and paving the structures.
