摘要： PURPOSE: To provide an A-SBR plant that is capable of removing nitrogen and phosphorous in equilibrium with high removing efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The A-SBR plant comprises a screen tank (1) that removes grit and suspended solids from a flown in wastewater, a flow equalization tank (2) that controls flow rate and water quality of the wastewater passed through the screen tank, an A-SBR reaction tank that decomposes organic materials in the wastewater passed through the flow equalization tank, removes nitrogen and phosphorous therefrom and includes an A-SBR pre-reaction tank (3-1), an A-SBR main reaction tank (3-2) and an effluent tank (3-3), a supernatant outflow tank (3-4) that outflows supernatant passed through the A-SBR reaction tank, an upflow filtering device (4) that removes suspended solids and phosphorous from the supernatant passed through the A-SBR reaction tank, a chemical tank (4-1) that transfers alum, NaOH and polymer to the upflow filtering device, a photocatalytic device (5) that sterilizes treated water passed through the upflow filtering device, a heavy water storage tank (6) that stores the treated water as heavy water, an activation tank (7) that activates microorganism in the A-SBR reaction tank and improves denitrification efficiency, and a sludge storage tank (8) that treats sludge generated from the A-SBR reaction tank.
