The tape supply unit has a drawing roller(13) rotated by a motor(12), and a detaching roller(14) rotated by a fixing unit(20). A contact roller(15) is formed at the bottom of the drawing roller and the detaching roller, and is rotated by another fixing unit(20'). A cutter(17) is formed between the drawing roller and the contact roller, and is rotated by a cylinder(16).
