      SOLUTION: This driving force transmission system A is equipped with a driving force dividing mechanism 7 for dividing driving force from an engine 3, a 2-4 switch mechanism (a first clutch device) 9 provided on the driving force dividing mechanism 7, and a clutch device (a second clutch device) 13 positioned between front wheel side rotating shafts 15 and 17 and a front wheel and provided in a space which can be lubricated by oil so as to transmit the driving force from the engine 3 to the front wheel side by connection and shut off the transmission to the front wheel side by release of connection. Further, the driving force transmission system A releases connection of the first clutch device 9 when switching the front wheel side rotating shafts 15 and 17 and rear wheel side rotating shafts 27 and 29 from a same rotation state to a state wherein differential rotation is enabled, and releases connection of the second clutch device 13 when a temperature of the oil is raised to a predetermined value.

      SOLUTION: The driving force transmission system A has a driving force distribution mechanism 7, the first clutch device 9, and the second clutch device 13. The driving force distribution mechanism 7 distributes the driving force from the engine 3 to a front wheel side rotating shaft and a rear wheel side rotating shaft. The first clutch device 9 is provided on the driving force distribution mechanism 7, couples so as to rotate the front wheel side rotating shaft and the rear wheel side rotating shaft differentially, and releases the coupling the front wheel side rotating shaft and the rear wheel side rotating shaft so as to enable differential rotation. The second clutch device 13 is positioned between the front wheel side rotating shaft and the front wheel, provided in the lubricatable space with oil, transmits the driving force from the engine 3 to the front wheel side by coupling, and cuts off the transmission to the front wheel side by releasing the coupling. The driving force transmission system A is provided with a controller 60 coupling the second clutch device 13 together when the traveling speed of the vehicle becomes not larger than a predetermined value.
