    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layer filter which can be an electrolet even in the case of a thick thickness and a high weight per unit surface area, scarcely causes dropping of fibers during its use, and has little pressure loss even after long time use.
      SOLUTION: The multi-layer filter contains composite fibers as component fibers each of which comprises two or more kinds of thermoplastic resin components with different melting points of which the thermoplastic resin component having a relatively low melting point occupies a portion of the surface as a heat-adhesive component. A fiber bulk is composed by partially agglomerating and uniting a plurality of the composite fibers. The multi-layer filter is obtained by stacking and uniting a plurality of laminated nonwoven fabrics in a separable manner, wherein each of the laminated nonwoven fabrics consists of a melt blown nonwoven fabric A having projected parts in the surface by the fiber bulk formed in the above-mentioned manner and a nonwoven fabric B stacked and united on one face of the melt blown nonwoven fabric A and containing fibers with a fiber diameter of 15 μm as constituent fibers.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated nonwoven fabric having smaller extensibility in inclined direction as compared with the extensibility in side direction and also excellent in designing effect.
      SOLUTION: This nonwoven fabric is obtained by subjecting a laminated web obtained by arranging fibrous webs on at least one side surface of a short fiber web containing ≥50 mass% cellulosic short fibers having ≤20 mm fiber length under a water flow-interlacing treatment by using a supporting material capable of imparting a desired pattern, and has a pattern arranging unevenness regularly on at least one side surface. By setting a mean value of 2-directional 10% stretch moduli making 45° angle with a parallel line in vertical direction as Mb and side directional 10% stretch modulus as Mc, the laminated nonwoven fabric having Mb/Mc≥2 is obtained.

One of three-dimensional network body layers has a function (cover soil retaining layer 3a) of preventing cover soil from deviating, and the other three-dimensional network body layer has a function (slip preventive layer 3b) of preventing the water cutoff sheet from slipping down.
