摘要： A method and system identifies interactions of a user with one or more medical devices, determines, based on the one or more interactions and a predetermined set of rules, a compliance score associated with the first user, in response to the compliance score not satisfying a threshold compliance score, and reducing an access level of the user to at least one of the one or more medical devices and generates a training program associated with the at least one medical device and the one or more interactions, and automatically, without user involvement, sends a training package associated with the training program to the user and notifies the user to complete the training program using the training package. The system and method also generates a new shift schedule for clinicians responsive to a first shift schedule not satisfying criteria and the clinicians not satisfying respective performance scores.

摘要： A catheter system including an insertion device and a catheter device. The insertion device includes a housing, a latch, a needle for insertion into a patient; and a spring. The catheter device includes a housing comprising a chamber, and a seal disposed in said chamber. The seal is configured to reseal when the needle is withdrawn from the seal such that blood is sealed in the chamber. The spring relaxes and thereby retracts the needle entirely into the housing of the insertion device when the latch decouples from the catheter device.

摘要： The disclosure includes methods and systems for treating cardiac arrhythmias. Some embodiments provide an implantable cardiac device, for treating an abnormal heart rhythm. The device includes a determining module that determines a change in a parameter indicative of a sinus node cycle length of a heart of a patient between a time prior to the abnormal heart rhythm and a time during the abnormal heart rhythm. The device also includes a delivery module, programmed to deliver a first therapy for treating the abnormal heart rhythm to the patient when the change in the parameter is within a first range, and to deliver a second therapy for treating the abnormal heart rhythm, different from the first therapy, to the patient when the change in the parameter is within a second range.
