摘要： The present disclosure concerns a method of inducing transdifferentiation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSC), the method comprising (a) culturing MSC in a first culture medium comprising a growth factor selected for allowing formation of neuralized MSC (NMSC); (b) allowing the NMSC to proliferate for a sufficient time during which said culture medium is renewed at least once; and (c) culturing the NMSC of (b) in a second culture media comprising cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) for a time sufficient for the NMSC to differentiate into a population of cells comprising terminally differentiated neurons, astrocytes and oligodendrocytes. Also provided by the present invention is the use of MSC or NMSC for providing a composition comprising said population and to kits comprising MSC or NMSC and instructions for use of same.

摘要： A method of selecting retinal pigmented epithelial (RPE) cells from a mixed population of cells is disclosed. The method comprises: (a) analyzing the cells of the mixed population of cells for at least one of the following parameters: (i) cells which autofluorescence above a predetermined threshold; (ii) cells which express CD81 above a predetermined threshold; and (iii) cells which scatter light perpendicular to a laser beam above a predetermined threshold; and (b) selecting cells which are positive for at least one of the parameters, thereby sorting RPE cells from a mixed population of cells.

摘要： Described herein are donor cells which, upon transplant, have reduced or abrogated capacity to generate a GVHD response in the recipient. A method for preparing said cells is described, as well as a composition comprising thereof. Furthermore, said cells are suitable for treatment of a number of diseases, particularly hematopoietic cell deficiency disorder, congenital or acquired immune deficiency, a genetic disorder causing hemoglobinopathy, an enzyme deficiency disease, hematological malignancies, cancer, metastatic solid tumors or autoimmune diseases. Essentially, said donor cells are suitable for administration to any subject in need of cell immunotherapy or adoptive transfer immunotherapy transplant.
