(2) Load interruption is detected by a load interruption detecting circuit 39, on condition that a load current becomes lower than a set value, and the breaker 4 is cut off, and re-closed a prescribed time later. (3) An operating body 22, which interposes a breaker lever 18 between, is caused to perform reciprocating movement by a cam device 21, and the breaker lever 18 is moved from the position immediately after interruption up to a normal interruption position, and the breaker is re-closed after that.

With this constitution, even after an overcurrent is cut off, the driving of the motor 1 can be started again immediately.
