摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic sleeper, which can obtain excellent insulation between rails and in which adjustment of a rail-gage is also facilitated. SOLUTION: The sleeper is composed of a pair of metallic rail support members 11, 12 corresponding to the left and right rails respectively, and a connecting member 25, connecting the rail support members 11 and 12, under the condition that the members 11 and 12 are electrically isolated, and screw members 26, 27 located at the ends of the connecting member 25. The screw members 26, 27 of the connecting member 25 are screwed to the rail supporting members 11, 12 through an insulating bushing 28. The screw members 26, 27 of the connecting member 25 are formed to be insertable to the rail supporting member 11, 12, so that the screw members can be inlaid after the rail supporting members 11, 12 are constructed on a ballast bed 36.

摘要： PURPOSE:To dispense with any construction of mold by arranging a filling bag on roadbed concrete, on which a mold track slab is placed, laying a rail on the slab just above the filling bag, and filling loading material into the bag. CONSTITUTION:A roadbed concrete 8 is positioned on the concrete bottom plate 1 by a interlocking protrusion 15, and a mold track slab 12 is installed on the concrete roadbed 8 through a filling bag filled with loading material. Then, the mold track slab 12 is sustained at a specified level by filling the loading material into the filling bag, and the concrete bottom plate 1 and the mold track slab 12 are integrated by filling the loading material between the mold track slab 12 and the interlocking protrusion 15 of the concrete bottom plate 1. Further, the concrete slab track is constructed on the mold track slab 12 by installing the rail 5 just above the filling bag. The filling of loading material is thus possible without any mold.
