    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound that can hinder signaling pathway via Ras, for example, Ras/Raf/Mek/Erk or Ras/PI-3K/Akt or the like or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof and a medical composition including these compounds as an active ingredient, cell motility inhibitor, cellular infiltration inhibitor, Erk activation inhibitor, Akt activation inhibitor and cell proliferation inhibitor.
      SOLUTION: Compounds of UTKO-1, UTKO-2, UTKO-3 and the like have the inhibitory actions against cell motility, cellular infiltration, cell proliferation, Erk and Akt. Further, UTKO-4 and UTKO-5 have the inhibitory actions against cell motility and cell proliferation. Accordingly, the substances including these compounds or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts as active ingredients are useful as a medical composition, cell motility inhibitor, cellular infiltration inhibitor, Erk activation inhibitor, Akt activation inhibitor and cell proliferation inhibitor.
