摘要： A golf hole advertising apparatus comprises a housing countersunk in ground. The housing defines a cylindrical chamber with an opening for receiving a golf ball (not shown). The apparatus further comprises an annular display disc which is configured to fit through opening into chamber. The housing and annular display disc are provided with corresponding profiles which interengage through relative axial rotation to releasably secure the annular display disc to the raised floor of the housing. The annular display disc has a pair of diametrically opposed tabs on the radially inner periphery thereof. Each tab has a drive surface-which is accessible through opening-for transmitting applied torque to the annular display disc to engage/disengage the profiles.

摘要： Millenn Golf is a recreational form of golf played indoors or outdoors in a yard, field, gymnasium or basketball court or other hard surface. Players use ordinary golf clubs to strike the ball (Nium Flyer) from a portable strip of synthetic turf, causing the Nium Flyer to fly toward a goal called the Netty Millenn in the fewest number of strikes until the Nium Flyer lands in and rests in the net of the target (Netty Millenn). Each player then removes the Nium Flyer places it on the synthetic turf and proceeds to repeat the game process completing the course as determined by the players and/or the game master. The object of the game is to complete the course in the fewest strokes as possible as in regular golf. The player with the fewest strokes, as in regular golf, is the winner. Millenn Golf is an economical, portable and flexible form of golf which can be enjoyed by people of differing ages in all types of weather, even indoors. Millenn Golf also has sporting and recreational challenges which are different than regular golf.

The goal assembly has a base for placement on a playing surface and is ramped downwardly toward the playing surface for receiving an incoming rolling game ball thereover. The goal assembly also has a side assembly flexibly attached to the base and extending upwardly. The side assembly has a target opening at an upper end of the side assembly and allows the incoming rolling game ball to compress one side of the upwardly extending side assembly and cause the remaining portion of the side assembly to contract in a direction opposite of the incoming game ball, thereby trapping the game ball within the goal assembly. The goal assembly is particularly desirable in pairs for playing various games. In the preferred embodiment, the goal assembly is sized for receiving a soccer ball, and is very useful as a soccer practice goal. However, the goal assembly can readily be sized for other game balls, such as for play with golf balls.

摘要： The present invention is directed to a system and method of golf-related leisure game. One or more targets is/are placed on an open playing field. Each target comprises a frame, a landing area, a lighting unit and a golf ball receptacle unit that contains a push solenoid and an illuminating photoelectric color sensor. Players of the game use standard golf clubs to strike the balls towards the target, wherein each player is assigned golf balls of distinct color. Players earn points by landing golf balls in the targets. Upon landing in the landing area of the target, the player's ball is fed into the receptacle unit. A color sensor within illuminates the received golf ball and measures the characteristics of the light reflected from its surface across three frequencies. The data from the color sensor is processed and, used for score keeping amongst the players.
