    • Disclosed is a Fe-based bulk amorphous alloy composition which forms a bulk amourphose substance due to its excellent amorphous formability when it is cooled to a temperature lower than its glass transition temperature from the liquid state at a relatively low cooling rate of 1000 K/s or less, has high warm processability in a low temperature range owing to its supercooled liquid region of 2OK or higher and has excellent fluidity in the liquid state and thereby good castability. The Fe-based multi-element bulk amorphous alloy composition is represented by a formula of Fe α C β Si γ B x P y M a , in which M is an element selected from Ti(titanium), Cr(chromium), Mo(molybdenum), Nb(niobium), Zr (Zirconium), Ta( tantalum), W(tungsten) and V(vanadium), α, β, γ, x, y, and a each represent atomic % of iron(Fe), Carbon(C), silicon(Si), boron(B), phosphorus (P) and the selected metal element, in which α is 100-(β+γ+x+y+a) atomic %, β is 6 atomic % or more and 13 atomic % or less, γ is 1 atomic % or more and 5 atomic % or less, x is 4.5 atomic % or more and 9.5 atomic % or less, y is 3 atomic % or more and 10 atomic % or less and a is 0.1 atomic % or more and 6 atomic % or less.

    • Provided is an apparatus for measuring power consumption of a terminal equipped with a wireless communication module and a method thereof. The apparatus for measuring power consumption includes: a voltage measuring unit that measures a voltage supplied to a resistor connecting a terminal of which power consumption has to be measured and an output of a battery supplying power to the terminal; a communication unit that receives an operation mode signal output from the wireless communication module of the terminal; and a controller that calculates power consumed while in a specific operation mode by using a voltage value measured by the voltage measuring unit and a resistance value of the resistor in response to an operation mode signal received through the communication unit. Further, the apparatus for measuring power consumption is manufactured on the basis of a PC (personal computer) , and power consumption according to operation modes of the terminal can be measured on a real time basis.

    • A terminal having a stream control transmission protocol (SCTP)-based handover function and a SCTP-based handover method are provided. The terminal includes a session management unit which initiates a SCTP session for communication with a second terminal through the Internet and terminates a SCTP session established between the terminal and the second terminal for terminating communication between the terminal and the second terminal; a link layer information collection unit which receives beacon signals from a plurality of base stations connected to a router which is connected to the Internet and stores the beacon signals in a link layer state information database; a signal intensity extraction unit which, if theterminal enters an overlapping area of a first communication area managed by a first base station and a second communication area managed by a second base station while the SCTP session is established between theterminal and the second terminal, extracts the intensity of a beacon signal transmitted by the second base station from the link layer state information database; and a handover unit which, if the extracted beacon signal intensity is greater than a first critical value, adds an IP address received from the second base station to the SCTP session established between the terminal and the other terminal, and if the extracted beacon signal intensity is greater than a second critical value, requests the second terminal to communicate with the terminal using the IP address received from the second base station. Accordingly, it is possible to reduce investment in network equipment and offer an efficient handover method by adding a SCTP stack to a mobile terminal.
