    • A retaining member (50) is used for locking a drive (30) within a housing. The retaining member includes a drive, a housing and a pair of wire members (51) and a pair of latch members (53). The wire members are formed of resilient material and are attached to opposite sides of the drive. The latch member includes a securing portion (531) and a flexible locking portion (533). The locking portion extends from the securing portion and away from the drive. A locking tab (5331) is formed on the locking portion that engages the housing. Each wire member helps secure one securing portion to the drive with one end thereof.

    • A mounting apparatus for securing a storage device (50) with a mounting hole (522) defined therein includes a bracket (20) for receiving the storage device, an operating member (40), a fastening member (30) and a resilient member (60) compressed by the fastening member. A through opening (248) is defined in the bracket. The operating member movably engages with the bracket includes a pressing portion. The fastening member pivotably attaches to the bracket includes a locking portion. The locking portion extends through the through opening of the bracket and engages in the mounting hole of the storage device under the pressure of the pressing portion of the operating member. When the operating member is pulled off, the resilient member rebounds to rotate the locking portion, thereby disengaging the locking portion from the mounting hole of the storage device.

The cover is adapted to being mounted to the base, and has a mounting protrusion (70) projecting therefrom.     • A drive bracket assembly (10) includes a bracket (40) adapted for receiving a disk drive (50) therein, a rail (30), and a retaining piece (20). The bracket includes first and second sidewalls (41, 45), and a plurality of slots (42) is defined in the first sidewall. The rail is adapted for being attached to one side of the disk drive. A protrusion (36) protrudes outwardly from the rail. A pair of poles (32) is outwardly formed from the rail, for sliding in a select one of the slots of the first sidewall. The retaining piece is attached to the first sidewall. The retaining piece includes a handle portion (22) and a resilient clip (23) engaging with the protrusion of the rail, thereby securely retaining the disk drive in the bracket. When the handle portion is pressed toward the first sidewall, the clip is rotated outwardly thereby releasing the protrusion.
