摘要： An apparatus includes: an affine transformer that subjects input complex IF signals I(t) and Q(t) to affine transformation according to affine transformation coefficients, and outputs compensated signals a(t) and b(t); a quadrature modulator that applies quadrature modulation on a local oscillation signal according to the compensated signals, and outputs a modulated signal (RF transmission signal); a quadrature wave detector that removes a carrier component from the modulated signal and outputs complex feedback signals I′(t) and Q′(t); and a control portion that extracts linear distortions remaining in the complex feedback signals I′(t) and Q′(t) as plural distortion coefficients (DC offsets of the I-phase and the Q-phase, an IQ gain ratio, and a deviation in orthogonality), and updates the current affine transformation coefficients in accordance with updating equations including the distortion coefficients to set updated affine transformation coefficients again in the affine transformation portion.

In the fluid machine, the waste heat from the engine can be always collected by the expansion device, irrespectively whether or not the compressor device is operating for an air conditioning operation.

摘要： The present invention provides an exhaust gas treatment method including oxidation treatment for converting metallic mercury contained in combustion exhaust gas into mercury chloride; and mercury removal treatment for removing mercury from the combustion exhaust gas by dissolving the mercury chloride in water, wherein a plurality of oxidation catalysts for performing the oxidation treatment are provided, and during the time when the oxidation treatment is performed, at least one of the oxidation catalysts performs catalyst performance restoration treatment without performing oxidation treatment. According to the present invention, the deterioration in mercury removal performance can be restrained even in continuous operation on condition that mercury is oxidized in a low temperature region not higher than 300° C.

摘要： A fluid machine has a scroll type expansion device which is operated by a high temperature high pressure refrigerant. The refrigerant is heated by use of waste heat from an engine for a vehicle. The fluid machine further has a motor generator for generating electric power when it is driven by a rotational force produced at the expansion device, wherein a rotating shaft of the motor generator is coupled to a movable scroll of the expansion device via a crank mechanism. A biasing member is provided for biasing the crank mechanism in a direction that the movable scroll wrap is separated from a contact in a circumferential direction with a fixed scroll wrap. Pressure of the refrigerant in a working chamber in the center portion is thereby equalized to the pressure in the outer peripheral portion, at a startup period of the expansion mode.

When the keeper and the implant are connected, the tapered shaft and the tapered hole part are fitted closely and at the same time, the inner face of the acute angle pointed end and the inclining end part are in contact and at least the acute angle pointed end of the projecting ring part is elastically transformed toward the diameter.

To prevent formation of tar-like substances, a catalyst is preferably deposited on the surface of the drawing-up member and/or on the surface of the heat generating member. Further preferably, the outer periphery of the heat generating member (6) is in contact with the drawing-up member (5). The apparatus assures stable combustion over a prolonged period of time and is useful as a heater, kitchen range or the like.

摘要： The amount of axial movement of a plunger is controlled by a hydraulic servomechanism. The pressure in the hydraulic chamber of the servomechanism is controlled by opening and closing an inlet valve and outlet valve provided respectively at the inlet and outlet sides of the hydraulic chamber. When the difference value between the actual position and desired position of the plunger is greater than a first predetermined value, only one or the other of the inlet and outlet valves is energized. When the difference is intermediate the first predetermined value and a second predetermined value which is smaller than the former, the inlet and outlet valves are energized at different duty cycles. When the difference is smaller than the second predetermined value, the valves are both deenergized.
