摘要： The present invention provides a device and a method enabling a client connected to an external network to efficiently obtain information about servers connected to an internal network. An information processing device serving as an application gateway connected at an interface between the external network and the internal network performs a server information obtaining process about connected servers through the internal network in response to a request for obtaining information about the servers connected to the internal network transmitted from the client connected to the external network, generates a device list based on the obtained server information, and transmits the device list to the client through the external network. With this configuration, the client connected to the external network can efficiently obtain information about the servers connected to the internal network.

摘要： An apparatus and a method capable of efficiently and accurately constructing an access control configuration having high security are realized. Only the MAC address of a controller (client) 351 authorized by a user is authenticated and registered in a MAC address table of a device 352, and the device 352 performs MAC address filtering for permitting access by the controller 351 (client) which is authenticated and registered in the MAC address table. Furthermore, by making a registration completion notification and by performing version adjustment, a reliable access control configuration is constructed. The device authentication apparatus 350 avoids access from an unauthorized party which is not authenticated and registered, and makes the presence of a server not known to the controller which attempts to illegally perform device authentication. Therefore, access control with high security is realized.

Memory sections are arranged in correspondence to image cell sections, resulting in static display being accomplished. The field emission cathode includes cathode electrodes formed on a substrate. On each of the cathode electrodes are arranged a plurality of emitters through diodes each acting as a constant-current element, and gate electrodes are arranged above the emitters. Arrangement of the diodes between the emitters and the cathode electrode permits a drive voltage to be reduced as compared with arrangement of a resistive layer therebetween, because a diode is generally decreased in voltage drop as compared with the resistive layer. Also, the arrangement renders emission of electrons from each of the emitters uniform.
