    • The invention relates to a method for fabricating copper interconnections in an ultra low dielectric constant film, comprising the following steps of: depositing an etching stop layer on a silicon wafer, depositing an ultra-low-k film on the etching stop layer, and depositing a SiO2-riched layer on the ultra-low-k film; forming a via and/or trench that penetrates through the SiO2-riched layer and the ultra-low-k film by using a photo-lithography and etching process; sputter-depositing a metal barrier layer and a copper seed crystal layer within the via and/or trench, performing a copper filling deposition by an electroplating process, performing a chemical mechanical polishing until the SiO2-riched layer is reached, whereby forming a copper interconnection layer. Since the SiO2-riched layer and the ultra-low-k film can be deposited in the same tool, this method has the , advantages of shortening the production period, lowering the production cost and improving the adhesion in the copper interconnection structure.

    • The invention discloses a brake auxiliary system having a vacuum container, which comprises an auxiliary power supply, a vacuum pump, a vacuum booster and a vacuum container, wherein the vacuum container and the vacuum booster are both connected with the vacuum pump which supplied power by the auxiliary power supply, a pressure detector and a delay control switch are disposed on the vacuum container, keeping the vacuum degree in the vacuum container within a certain range. The vacuum container of the present invention makes the vacuum pump enable to work intermittently, avoiding frequent start of the vacuum pump when brake and also extending the life of the brake. Because of the pressure detector and the delay control switch, the vacuum inside the vacuum container is kept stable, and the efficiency of vacuum booster is ensured. The invention has low cost, simple and reliable structure, it is green and energy-saving, and it can reduce the energy consumption of the electric car auxiliary power supply and increase the driving miles.

    • The invention provides a hydrogen generation method comprising the step of bringing, in the presence of water, ammonia borane represented by the chemical formula: NH3BH3 into contact with (1) a catalyst comprising as an active ingredient at least one member selected from the group consisting of metal catalysts and metal compound catalysts; (2) a solid acid; or (3) carbon dioxide. The method of the invention can generate hydrogen gas for use as fuel for fuel cells, etc., under controllable conditions without heating a starting material at high-temperature, and moreover can efficiently generate hydrogen gas at low cost.
