摘要： The present invention relates to detection of an emission spectrum by irradiating excitation light onto a plurality of electrophoretic paths and dispersing fluorescent light output from the electrophoretic paths in a direction approximately vertical to an electrophoretic direction. According to the invention, since an emission spectrum to be detected does not substantially change over time, it becomes possible to make observed emission spectrums completely correspond to various fluorescent dyes or various bases.

摘要： A sensor for converting a physical quantity into an electric signal and issuing the output is driven by a drive circuit which is driven by a drive signal issued from a 1-chip microcomputer. The 1-chip microcomputer judges fault of sensor function when the sensor output signal is out of a specified output range. Further, when stopping the operation of the drive circuit, if the sensor output signal does not coincide with a specific value, the 1-chip microcomputer also judges fault of sensor function. According to the invention, in the event of a trouble of sensor function allowing the sensor output signal to settle within an output range, such trouble can be detected.

摘要： The purpose of the present invention is to provide: an electric double-layer capacitor, a lithium ion secondary battery, and a lithium ion capacitor, each of which has excellent cycle characteristics; an electrode material which is capable of providing the electric double-layer capacitor, the lithium ion secondary battery, and the lithium ion capacitor; and a composite which is used in the electrode material. The composite of the present invention is a composite produced by compositing from 0.5 to 5 parts by mass of nitrogen atom-containing conductive polymer per 100 parts by mass of porous carbon material. The composite of the present invention is a composite where the peak area ratio (nitrogen/carbon ratio) of peak area derived from nitrogen atoms to peak area derived from carbon atoms in the spectrum by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy becomes 0.005 to 0.05.

The first of the two layers comprises a fluid permeation prevention layer and the second comprises at least one high diene rubber. The tie layer comprises, a mixture, in parts by weight relative to 100 weight parts of rubber, of suitable amounts of: (1) epoxidized natural rubber; (2) at least one high diene elastomer; (3) at least one filler; (4) least one tackifier; and (5) a rubber curing system. The fluid permeation prevention layer preferably comprises suitable amounts of: (A) at least one thermoplastic engineering resin component, preferably one or more nylon resins; and (B) at least one elastomer component, preferably a brominated isobutylene p-methylstyrene copolymer/and where the total amount of (A) and (B) is not less than 30% by weight, and wherein (B) is dispersed in a vulcanized or partially vulcanized state, as a discontinuous phase, in a matrix of component (A).

A means for moving the droplet holder is added to the droplet holder to enable droplet transfer. To merge two droplets, they are brought into contact. To drip the droplet held by a droplet holder formed of wire, the droplet holder is deformed using an external force. A light path which passes through a droplet is set to enable optical measurement. The present invention enables inexpensive, simple droplet transfer. An inexpensive, simple configuration for handling droplets in the fields of chemical analysis, biochemical analysis, and automatic blood analysis can be realized according to the present invention.
