    • A nanotube random access memory (NRAM) structure is provided. The structure includes a substrate, a gate electrode disposed in the substrate, and a first nanotube fabric disposed on the substrate. The first nanotube fabric has a channel region spaced apart from the gate electrode by a portion of the substrate. The structure also includes a drain contact contacting the first nanotube fabric. The structure also includes a second nanotube fabric disposed on the substrate, and is adjacent and connected to the first nanotube fabric. The structure also includes a source contact contacting the second nanotube fabric. The first nanotube fabric is a high-voltage fabric compared to the second nanotube fabric such that when a voltage is applied across the first nanotube fabric and the second nanotube fabric via the drain contact and the source contact, the second nanotube fabric is permitted to switch without switching the first nanotube fabric.

    • A pile jacking sleeve includes a structural sleeve having a bottom section, an intermediate section and a top section. A stationary plate partitions the bottom section from the top section. A floating plate separates the intermediate section from the top section. A hinged door at the top section allows lateral entry of a piling into the top section when the door is open. An aperture allows insertion and removal of at least one jack into the intermediate section. Actuation of the jack urges the floating plate away from the stationary plate, controllably imparting a load to installed piling. A plurality of bolt holes are also provided in the sleeve to secure piling thereto. The sleeve may be jacketed for additional protection. A plurality of grout windows are also provided in the sleeve to enable filling the structure with a solidifying filler.

    • A reporting system provides users selective access to information, such as standard reports, custom reports, and ad hoc reports. Reports are represented as report objects that store characteristics that must be fulfilled prior to a user being granted access to a report. Upon a user request for a specific report, the characteristics of the user are compared with the characteristics stored in the corresponding report object. If the user characteristics match the report object, then the user is granted access to the corresponding report. If the user characteristics do not match the report object, then the user is denied access to the corresponding report. Accordingly, access to a report is verified twice, once upon presenting an indication of the available reports to the user and again when a selected report is accessed. Preferably, the reporting system comprises a report server connected to a network, such as the Internet.

    • The ornamental device comprises a unitary body having a spine and a plurality of arms extending from the spine, each of the arms having a free end. The spine and at least one arm are selectively bendable at any point along their lengths. The spine is bendable rotationally and sideways. In certain desired embodiments, the ornamental device is selectively bendable at any point along the length of each arm. Most desirable in where the ornamental device is bendable into a configuration having each arm resting in a different plane. Also desirable is an embodiment that finds the device bendable into a configuration substantially planar.

    • The invention includes a method of using a cap containing an internal thread form matching an external thread form on a flexible throat for a collapsible tube enclosing at least one contained product. Twisting the cap engages the internal thread form and the external thread form. These collectively urge the cap and the flexible throat to seal the contained product into the collapsible tube. Deforming the flexible throat through squeezing the collapsible tube dispenses essentially all the product. The collapsible tube may preferably include an external thread form on a flexible throat coupled to a flexible shoulder. The external thread form mates to a cap with an internal thread form urging the flexible throat to seal against the cap when the cap is twisted onto the flexible throat. The flexible throat and flexible shoulder flatten to dispense essentially all of the product.
